Overview

Speechies.app ("us", "we", or "our") operates this website and two mobile apps: the Speechies Chronological Age Calculator and the Oral-Peripheral Examination for iPad. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Neither app sends anything to us.

Chronological Age Calculator

The Chronological Age Calculator does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All calculations are performed locally on your device and never leave it.

Oral-Peripheral Examination

The Oral-Peripheral Examination app keeps what you enter during an exam — the client name you type, the findings you mark, and which cards you have examined — only on your iPad, so an exam is not lost if you leave the app. It stays there until you tap New Exam, which erases it. Like everything else on the iPad, it can be included in the iPad's own backup.

We never receive any of it. A report leaves the iPad only when you choose to send it yourself with the Mail app, to the recipients you choose.

No Analytics or Tracking

Neither app uses any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. No cookies are used by the apps.

No Account Required

Neither app requires you to create an account or provide any personal information to use it.

No Internet Required

Both apps work entirely offline. No data is sent to or received from any server.

Children's Privacy

Neither app collects any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. In the Oral-Peripheral Examination, information about a client is entered by the clinician, stays on the clinician's iPad, and is never sent to us.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated revision date.
